The Witch Belongs to the World:
A Spell of Becoming is a book distilling a passionate, poetic, and practical Craft for witches of today. It draws from lineages, stories, and folklore deriving from the past, shapeshifting - as witches do - and dancing into emergent forms. It begins in silence and is carried by the power of the witches.
In this five nights and six days together in Bali, we come from a gathering-in of sacred silence across the seas and through the skies - having prepared ourselves before our journeys - to gather together in the fullness of the Mystery of Body. Our breathing bodies dancing bodies loving bodies wondrous bodies transforming bodies…
The pivot of this great spell we are casting is through the heart, through our heartbreaks. Invoking the Old Gods of Witchcraft we journey into the heart-broken-open, perhaps to-hold-more, to be held-by-more. Through the compass, crossroads, and circle and through our webs of relationships - Gods, Daimons, Familiars, the Land, the Dead, each other - we remember our Soul-Stories and through aligning with our Story-Spells we may begin to sing the Spell-Songs that bring us back to our life.
This is a great work, an initiatory work; it is a spell of becoming, of being and belonging, of letting go and falling in love, over and over again. Through this work we pledges our hearts to magic and to art and to the sacred transformations that carry us through.

Bali’s premier Health and Wellbeing Retreat, Bagus Jati is set on 5 hectares of hillside gardens amongst emerald tinted forests north of Ubud, Bali, and offering one of the island’s most breathtaking valleys. An architecturally unique retreat dedicated to one thing - your well-being. It is 750m above sea level with fresh mountain air and pleasant climate (approx. 20 – 25 Celsius degrees).

A deposit holds your place; the balance can be carried over time, in gentle monthly rhythm. The earlier you join us, the more spaciously the cost can be spread.
Payment plans — a deposit secures your place, with the balance in equal monthly payments:
Six-month plan | Shared Chalet $340 /month — reserve by September 1, 2026
Four-month plan | Shared Chalet $479 /month — reserve by November 1, 2026
Three-month plan | Shared Chalet $639 / month — reserve by December 1, 2026
After December 1 — a deposit with balance to follow, or payment in full
All plans complete by March 1, 2027.
If the exchange feels beyond reach, write to us — we hold a limited number of scholarship places, and we would far rather meet you than lose you.
